Now we have passed seven days of bad weather in our base camp. But the things changed. Pure electicity in the whole basecamp, even the military officers are affected. What happened? The weather changed!
There is nobody who can be stopped. Only the summit counts. Who climbs when, with whom? At least now, the sequence within a expedition must be fixed because the advanced camps have only 2 or 3 places to sleep. And there are people who feel disadvantaged now, fear they could be too late. At us, there is no rivalry. We had 2 teams: Max and Christian respective Ralf, Lydia and Olaf. We made a sligt change to ncrease our chances to summit. Olaf will already start this night with three members of the Spanish team. When they leave the camp 1 tomorrow, Max and Christian will already on the way to it equipped with their skis. The latter are probably the winners of the heavy snow of the last days and hope for their ski descent from the GII. Again one day later, Lydia and Ralf will start. If one team has to stop, the remaining ones are either to summit or to help. Good luck!
