Training weekend, 21. and 22. October in Thuringia

We planned to make a training in the Alps. However, because of bad weather, we decided to go to Thuringea in South-Eastern Germany. We met each other on the peak of the 700 meters high Aschenbergstein. Here we climbed at the Aschenbergstein, Schwalbennest, Teufelsgrat and Drei-Herren-Wand.

On sunday, we went to the Falkenstein. It is the most exciting climbing site in this region with a wall height of 120 Meters and about 60 climbing routes. We climbing three of them: First, the "Falkensteiner Riß" in its variant "Rennsteighangel" (5+), 2nd the "Schiefer Riß" (5+) and third the "Schräger Riß" (4).
